- Arrival: The event begins at 5:00 PM. Cyclists should arrive promptly as the first group will start shortly thereafter. For those not participating in "The Ride," you are welcome to join the festivities at any time.
- A new addition to this year's fundraiser is Zumba. If you would like to participate in a Zumba class please dress accordingly.
- Donations: Each person should collect as many donations as they can and bring the donations to the event. Checks should be made payable to: "Conquer Cancer Foundation". Cash donations are also accepted.
- Admission: Minimum of a $10 charitable donation per person; Children 8 and under are free. Note: For those families and/or children collecting donations this is not an additional charge if you have collected an amount equal to admission or more
- Raffles: Raffle tickets will be sold at the event. $1 per ticket -$10 for 15 tkts; Larger Prizes $2 per ticket - $5 per 3 tickets. Check the "Raffle Prizes" tab to see the items you have a chance at winning; the lists will constantly be updated.
- Upon admission, each guest will receive one raffle ticket to be used for the raffle baskets or gift cards. Donations of $100 or more will receive 5 raffle tickets upon admission.
- Additional Fun: Adults and those not riding can test their luck on the raffles, participate in Zumba, socialize with friends in the gym, race through the obstacle course, or cheer their teammates on.
